Picosecond Nd:YAG amplifier offers high up to 1.3 J at 1064 nm ( in 90 ps pulse duration) peak power  at 10 Hz repetition rate. By using of various configurations, laser system allows pulse output energy scaling up to 5 J at 1064 nm.

Powering Group

  • Includes power, cooling, high voltage (HV) & synchronization units.
  • Independently regulated power units for power amplifier powering include:
    – power board for flash lamp discharge capacitor bank;
    – auxiliary power supply for simmer current to decrease EMI noise and improve lifetime of the lamps;
    – harmonic generators’ power supply for nonlinear crystal ovens’ temperature regulation.
  • Microprocessor control board enabling:
    – control of charge time and fire order;
    – laser operation in manual, internal or external mode;
    – security interlock monitoring.
  • PC interface module with RS232 and LabVIEW drivers.
  • Closed loop of deionized water for flash lamps and rods.
  • Water-to-water stainless steel heat exchanger.
