THz emitter and detector for 800 nm wavelength lasers
Includes all necessary components for assembling of optical system for Time Domain THz Spectroscopy. Usable spectral range extends from 100 GHz to 3 THz.
Bias power supply TMS-100M is available for powering of THz emitter. It provides DC or square-wave voltage in 30–70 V range at modulation frequency up to 100 kHz.
For mounting of THz emitter or detector the assembly 860-THZ-1 is available. It includes focusing lens for pumping beam mounted on 3-axis adjustment stage which allows optimization of pumping beam focusing for the best performance of THz emitter or detector.
