Variable Pulse Duration Flashlamp Driver PS5022

Variable Pulse Duration Flashlamp Driver PS5022PS5022 flashlamp driver is designed for driving of xenon or krypton flashlamps used for pumping of lasers using variable or very long duration pulses or particularly CW mode. Discharge pulse is near square shape. It is well suited for IPL and other pulsed lighting applications, particularly for solar simulation.
  • Stabilized output current
  • Built-in serial ignition circuit
  • Built-in simmer power supply
  • Internal/external triggering
  • Remote control through CAN/RS-232 interface
  • Power factor correction (optional)
  • LabVIEW demo application

PS5022 flashlamp driver is designed for driving of xenon or krypton flashlamps used for pumping of lasers using variable or very long duration pulses or particularly CW mode. Discharge pulse is near square shape. It is well suited for IPL and other pulsed lighting applications, particularly for solar simulation.
PS5022 shares main futures and design with PS5021 except output network to flashlamp is designed as current stabilizer. It is not as sensitive to specifications of used flashlamp like other PS50xx models.
Burst mode is available by external triggering of power supply. Pulses to lamp are synchronous to sync in pulses and has duration and current as previously set from control panel of power supply or any interface of remote control.
