EKSPLA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CERN, marking a new stage in a long-standing collaboration and opening the door to deeper involvement in some of Europe’s most ambitious future scientific projects, including the Future Circular Collider (FCC).

EKSPLA is pleased to announce the addition of four new representatives to its global partner network. The company has signed representation agreements with firms in the People’s Republic of China, Japan, South Korea, and Italy.

During a test campaign in September, the flagship L4 ATON system demonstrated a laser performance of 786 J energy compressed to 154 fs, corresponding to a peak power of 5.1 PW. This currently represents the highest pulse energy achieved worldwide at the multi-petawatt power level.

EKSPLA introduces FemtoTune — a compact, high-repetition-rate (up to 100 kHz) femtosecond laser system with <50 fs pulses and tunable output across 650 – 950 nm and 1000 – 2000 nm.

EKSPLA Electronics unveils the next-generation PCD Series Pockels Cell Drivers, combining compact design, high-speed operation, and exceptional reliability. Delivering up to 9.8 kV pulses at 6 MHz with MTBF over 10 years, they set a new standard in precision and durability for industrial, medical, and scientific laser systems.

EKSPLA launches the next-generation uniLDD laser diode drivers, delivering up to 1200 A with ultra-low ripple (<0.1%) and exceptional current stability. Designed for pulsed and CW operation, these drivers support a wide range of laser diodes and include integrated TEC control options—ideal for industrial, medical, and scientific applications.

The 20 finalists were selected out of 70 applicants by an expert panel of judges. EKSPLA’s zero-maintenance 50 W femtosecond laser with waterless cooling is shortlisted for the Innovation Award at LWOP Munich, in the Laser Systems for Industrial Production category.
